Junior Graphic Designer
Eulogy is looking for junior conceptual designer to join our growing Creative team, working on visual creative content for our portfolio of clients from household brands like American Express, Virgin Media O2 and NatWest Group, through to innovative tech businesses such as Ōura, and organisations driving social and environmental change such as Stop Hate UK and NESO (Britain’s new energy body).
As a key member of the team, who will be working across the agency and its clients, you will be able to build strong internal relationships across departments and be able to hit the ground running. You will work across a varied set of briefs coming into the Creative team, working alongside our associate creative director, head of strategy, head of advertising and media, our team of creatives, copywriters, designers and content producers.
You will be passionate about graphic design, emerging formats and creative technologies, and have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in an agency or in house in a designer role.
Opportunities:
Working on exciting and varied briefs:
Social and digital advertising: DOOH, VOD, dynamic content across platforms, banners and social ads, animated graphics, campaign video, simple video editing
Print and artwork: Visual identity, OOH, static ads, campaign key art, posters, invitations, booklets, web banners, apparel, infographics.
Producing creative client work
Supporting agency projects such as pro bono support for charities
Working with the Eulogy marketing team
Helping to design pitch content
What you'll bring:
Good understanding of typography, space, and layout
Create compelling creative assets such as motion and graphic content that respond to client brief
Support project teams to produce striking visual identities
Able to bring your ideas to life both verbally and visually, with an engaging and collaborative style when working with other members of the team.
Comfortable in working under (positive) pressure and to tight deadlines, while being highly adaptable.
Solution-focused, proactive, resilient, and able to use feedback as a tool to progress and improve.
A lover of visual storytelling, able to push the medium to its limits, and beyond.
In possession of varied design experience, showing you can adapt a design or concept across a variety of channels.
Positive in your attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Ideally, you’ll also be comfortable with After Effects and Premier.
Any 3D skills would be a big bonus.

Salary:
To a maximum of £32k, dependent on experience.
