Instagram rolls out new DM features
New tools added to Instagram DMs and more from TikTok and YouTube

🎉As Instagram's DM features expand, users now have even more creative options. The platform has introduced new tools, allowing users to personalise shared images with drawing and sticker options, or use the cut-out feature to highlight specific elements from their photos. Additionally, Instagram has rolled out a birthday reminder feature, which appears within the Notes section of users' inboxes.
💬 TikTok test a new speech bubble thoughts feature for inboxes. Users are being prompted to add a thought to their profile image which is then displayed within their inbox and Stories feed.
👩💻YouTube has introduced a new way to boost website traffic through paid promotions. The YouTube Studio now offers a 'Website Visits' goal, which can be added to your campaign options, providing a direct and effective method to drive visitors to your site.
📱TikTok provides new safety tools for younger users and updated in-app resources for parents. A contract-styled document was created to help parents gain an understanding of TikTok and establish some boundaries for their children's social media use. The main aim behind the Digital Safety Partnership agreement, is to help start the conversation between parents and teens about the potential dangers of online exposure and to set some positive digital boundaries.
