FREENOW plays in a highly competitive market dominated by Uber, as well as disruptors like Bolt.
Insight & Strategy
To overcome this, we built a strategy based on FREENOW’s internal audience data, GWI and consumer and driver surveys – celebrating big city energy. Our audience are go-getting city-holics who immerse themselves in culture and activities that only a city like London can offer. Eulogy capitalises on cultural moments and trends to generate brand-led stories to target ambitious city-lovers, based on their behaviours and interests.
Solution
Created and executed a series of campaigns tapping into cultural trends, including music venues closing and the need to support nightlife.
Used driver expertise and insights to explore what cities should be doing to support the taxi trade, emphasising the need to recruit a wider and more diverse pool of drivers.
Coverage was secured in national publications such as The Daily Mail, i News, Daily Telegraph, The Mirror, Evening Standard, City AM, and more.
